Everything you need to know to get the most out of Zendora — from your first content plan to connecting your Instagram.

What Zendora actually does

Zendora is an AI content brain that learns your voice — not a scheduling tool, not an auto-poster. It doesn't publish anything for you. Instead, it plans, drafts, and helps you refine content you stay in control of.

The key to good output is your Style Library. Before generating anything, Zendora asks you to add a few references: URLs to your best-performing posts, or raw text from content you'd want it to mimic. Claude reads those references and uses them to write in your voice — not generic AI slop that sounds like everyone else's output.

Once your library has a few references, Zendora generates full content plans: hooks, captions, hashtags, and execution tips, all tailored to your brand voice, audience, and platforms. Each plan is a starting point, not a finished product. The Revise button lets you push any post in the direction it needs to go.

Your first 30 minutes

  1. 1

    Build your brief

Walk through the 5-step onboarding: industry, audience, goals, platforms, and voice. This brief is the foundation Claude builds every plan from. Spend real time on it — vague answers produce vague content. You can update it later from onboarding.

  2. 2

    Add 3–5 style references

Open the Style Library inside the Content Plans page. Paste URLs to your best-performing posts, or paste raw text from posts you'd want Claude to mimic. Three references is the minimum for noticeably on-voice output; five or more is meaningfully better.

  3. 3

    Generate your first plan

Go to Content Plans. Pick a duration and platform, then hit Generate. Read every post critically — does it sound like you? Does the hook land?

  4. 4

    Revise what doesn't fit

Use the per-post Revise button. Give specific feedback: "more conversational," "add a question hook," "shorter caption, remove the third sentence." The AI uses your feedback within the session to course-correct.

  5. 5

    Explore the other sections

Hashtag research is at /dashboard/hashtags. Page analytics is at /dashboard/analytics. Use the tab bar at the top of any Dashboard page to switch between sections.

What lives where

WhereWhat it does
/dashboardContent Plans — your main workspace; generate, view, revise, archive plans.
/dashboardStyle Library (inside Content Plans) — your voice references.
/dashboard/hashtagsHashtag Research — tiered hashtag suggestions, save sets to reuse later.
/dashboard/analyticsPage Analytics — manual snapshot entry + AI recommendations.

Tips that aren't obvious

  • 1Bigger Style Library = better output. Five or more references is meaningfully better than one.
  • 2Be specific in revisions. “Make it better” is useless. “Cut the third sentence and add a CTA” works.
  • 3The AI doesn't know what's trending today. Use the Hashtag Research tool for current hashtag suggestions.
  • 4Generation takes 20–40 seconds. That's normal — it's writing a multi-post plan, not autocomplete.
  • 5If something looks wrong, tell us. Use the contact form — every report makes the product better.

Connecting your Instagram
