Queue

The Queue shows your incomplete posts grouped by when they're due — overdue, today, this week, and later — so you always know what to publish next. Mark posts done as you go, or bulk-reschedule overdue ones across the coming week in one click.

What it does

The Queue is a due-date view of the posts in your active content plan. Instead of a calendar grid, it sorts every incomplete post into four urgency buckets — Overdue (past due and not yet done), Today, This week (the next six days), and Later — with a Queue Health bar at the top showing how many posts you've completed out of the total and how your remaining posts break down by platform. It's the "what do I post next" list: you tick posts off as you publish them, and when posts pile up past their date, one button spreads them back across the week. Note that Zendora never publishes for you — marking a post done is your own record that you posted it.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Open the Queue

Go to /dashboard/upnext (it forwards into the Posts workspace's Queue view) to see your incomplete posts grouped into Overdue, Today, This week, and Later.

  2. 2

Check Queue Health at a glance

The bar at the top shows how many posts you've completed out of the total, a percentage, the number still active, and how many remaining posts each platform has.

  3. 3

Mark a post done after you publish it

Click the complete control on any post card once you've posted it on the platform — it leaves the queue and updates your progress everywhere in the workspace.

  4. 4

    Clear today in one click

When more than one post is due today, use 'Mark all N done' to complete the whole Today bucket at once after you've published them.

  5. 5

Reschedule overdue posts across the week

In the Overdue section, click 'Reschedule across this week' to spread every overdue post across the next seven days, filling the least-busy days first.

  6. 6

    Filter by platform

Click a platform chip in the Queue Health cadence row to show only that platform's posts, then click it again (or 'Clear filter') to see everything.

Tips

  • Posts only appear here once you've generated a content plan and the posts have due dates — an empty queue usually means it's time to generate a plan.
  • Marking a post done is just your own tracking; Zendora doesn't auto-publish, so do it after you've actually posted on the platform.
  • If overdue posts keep stacking up, use the bulk reschedule to reset your week rather than changing dates one at a time.
  • Because Queue, Plan, Calendar, and Approvals share the same posts, completing or rescheduling here is reflected instantly in those other views.
