Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zendora's website, applications, APIs, and automated tools (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Zendora Labs, Inc. ("Zendora", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Our Services utilize proprietary and third-party artificial intelligence models to automate workflows, generate content, and analyze data. We are constantly evolving our technologies to improve performance and provide new features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Your Content

You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input ("Output"). As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest in and to Output.

3.2 License to Us

By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, and process your Input solely for the purposes of operating the Services for you (for example, sending your Input to our AI subprocessor to generate Output, or to a connected platform you've authorized). We do not use your Input to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models, and our AI subprocessor (Anthropic) does not train on Inputs and Outputs sent via its API per its customer terms.

3.3 AI Accuracy Notice

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may in some situations result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any Output as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review of the Output.

3.4 Connected Platform Accounts

If you connect a third-party platform to Zendora via OAuth (currently Instagram/Meta, Facebook Pages/Meta, and YouTube/Google), you authorize us to access and process data from that platform on your behalf, subject to the scopes you grant. Other platforms, such as TikTok, are supported through manual entry of your stats rather than an OAuth connection. Your use of any connection is also governed by the applicable platform's own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services / YouTube API Terms of Service. You may disconnect a platform at any time; on disconnect we attempt to revoke the stored access token with the provider, delete our stored copy of it, and delete associated data within 30 days. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Deceive or mislead others by representing that Output was solely human-generated.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of our Services.
• Use the Services to develop models that compete with our core offerings.
• Violate the developer policies of any third-party platform you connect to Zendora.

Access to the Services requires a paid subscription or a custom project agreement. The current plan structure is outlined below:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Zendora be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zendora is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
