Coming soon. Not live yet. Both direct publishing and auto-DM replies are pending Meta App Review of the Instagram/Facebook content-publishing and messaging permissions. Until those are granted, Zendora does not post or send DMs for you — you publish manually on the platform. When the permissions land, Zendora turns the feature on; nothing is required from you to switch it on.
What it does
Today Zendora plans, writes, and tracks your content, but you still publish each post yourself on Instagram or Facebook. The Publishing & Auto-DM workspace is the planned next step: once Meta grants the required permissions, you'll be able to push a finished post — caption, hashtags, and an Image Studio image — straight to a connected account or schedule it for the recommended time, and set keyword-triggered DMs (e.g. a comment with "LINK") that fire an on-brand reply drafted in your voice. It matters because it closes the last manual gap in the workflow, turning a plan into a published post (and a comment into a delivered resource) without copy-paste. None of this runs yet — until Meta approves, the page is informational and shows a "Coming soon" status, and you keep publishing manually.
How to use it
- 1
Open Publishing & automation
Go to /dashboard/publishing to see the status of direct publishing and auto-DM replies. Both are marked "Coming soon" today — pending Meta approval — and the page is informational only.
- 2
Keep building posts as usual
Plan and write posts in your Posts workspace and add a caption, hashtags, and an Image Studio image so each post is publish-ready ahead of time.
- 3
Publish manually for now
This is how you post today: copy a finished post's caption and hashtags, download the image, and post it yourself on Instagram or Facebook at the recommended time. Zendora does not post for you yet.
- 4
Coming soon — one-click publish & schedule
Once Meta approves the content-publishing permission and Zendora enables it, you'll push a planned post straight to a connected Instagram or Facebook account, or schedule it from inside Zendora. Not available today.
- 5
Coming soon — keyword-triggered auto-DM
Once Meta approves the messaging permission and Zendora enables it, you'll set a keyword (like a comment saying "LINK") and Zendora will send an on-brand DM drafted in your voice using the same engine behind Captions and Reply Helper. Not available today.
- 6
Nothing to set up on your end
There's nothing for you to configure. When Meta's approval lands, Zendora turns these on for connected accounts and the status changes from "Coming soon" to enabled — keep publishing manually until then.
Tips
- This is not live today: Zendora never auto-posts or auto-DMs for you yet, so always publish manually on the platform for now.
- Use the time before launch to get posts fully ready — caption, hashtags, and a finished Image Studio image — so they're one tap away once publishing turns on.
- Want the auto-DM voice to sound right at launch? Refine your brand voice in Captions and Reply Helper now, since the same engine will draft the DMs.
- Check the status badge on the Publishing page periodically; it changes from "Coming soon" to enabled once Meta's approval comes through and the feature is switched on.
