Reports

Reports turns a connected account's analytics into a branded, client-ready one-page performance summary you can export to PDF, plus an optional weekly email that sends each account's headline numbers every Monday.

What it does

Reports takes the analytics Zendora already syncs for each connected account and lays it out as a clean, white-label one-pager: up to four populated headline KPIs (followers, engagement rate, 30-day reach or views, posts), a roughly 30-day follower trend, top posts, and up to five AI recommendations for that account. Your logo, accent color, and footer note sit at the top and bottom so the page reads as your brand (or your agency's) rather than Zendora's. It matters because it removes the manual work of screenshotting dashboards into a deck every month, and the optional Monday email keeps you or your client looped in without anyone logging in.

How to use it

  1. 1

Open Reports and set your branding

Go to /dashboard/reports and fill in the Report branding box: a Logo URL (http/https), an Accent color as a hex value like #7c3aed, and a Footer note (up to 200 characters), then click Save branding.

  2. 2

    Pick a connected account

Under Connected accounts, click any account card to open its report. If the list is empty, connect an account in Settings first so there is analytics data to report on.

  3. 3

    Review the report page

The report shows up to four populated headline KPIs, a ~30-day follower trend (Instagram/YouTube only), top posts, and up to five recommendations for that account, wrapped in your logo, color, and footer.

  4. 4

    Export to PDF

Click Export PDF — it opens your browser's print dialog with the dashboard chrome hidden, so choose Save as PDF (or a real printer) to get the clean branded one-pager.

  5. 5

Turn on the weekly report email (optional)

In Settings, under Email preferences, enable Weekly performance report to receive a Monday email of each connected account's headline metrics (followers, engagement, reach/views) with a link back to the full branded report.

Tips

  • Use a logo hosted at a public https URL — Zendora links to the image rather than storing an upload, so a broken or private link will show nothing.
  • The accent color must be a hex value (e.g. #7c3aed or #f5a); other formats are rejected, and the swatch next to the field previews valid input.
  • Re-sync the account before exporting if the numbers look stale — the report reads the latest analytics snapshot, and a fresh sync also refreshes the recommendations shown.
  • Follower-trend charts and richer top-post data populate for Instagram and YouTube; Facebook Pages show the summary KPIs and top posts but not the daily trend line.
  • The weekly report email skips any account that has no analytics snapshot yet, so you won't get an empty report — it starts arriving once an account has synced data.
